This is probably my very favorite book on developing habits. It is so practical, and there are so many easy concepts that you can implement into your life RIGHT NOW! My favorites include the two-minute habit and habit stacking. He has some AWESOME quotes in his book as well. “You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.” This book is for you if you are looking for inspiration to make progress in certain areas of your life.
