Over the next six days, you will be getting a free look into my Foundations Course which is the first course in my FLOURISH Program. It’s the perfect guide to the beginning of the new year, but the lessons can be done and applied any time of the year…not just in January.


Here’s what you can expect each day this week:
– A link to a daily ten-ish minute video full of encouragment and an explanation of that day’s prompt. (The last day I’ll send a longer video including both the lesson as well as a Q and A.)
– A written out version of that day’s prompt right here in your email.
– A place to check back in and stay accountable when you’ve finished your prompt each day. Just hit reply and let me know you’ve finished, or ask any questions you may have.
